Welcome to My EVCDI.
These terms explain how we work, what you can expect from us, and what we need from you.
By accepting our quote, you agree to these terms.
1. What We Do
We supply and install electric vehicle (EV) chargers for homes and businesses across the UK.
Every installation is subject to:
A completed site survey (online or in person)
Confirmation your electrical supply is suitable
Acceptance of our written quotation
If extra work is needed (for example consumer unit upgrades, groundworks or long cable runs), we’ll always discuss and quote this before going ahead.
2. Quotes & Booking
Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Your installation date is confirmed once you accept the quote and pay any required deposit.
If site details provided are inaccurate, we may need to adjust the quote.
We believe in no surprises — if something changes, we’ll explain why.
3. Payment
Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
A deposit may be required to secure your installation date.
The remaining balance is due on completion.
The charger remains our property until fully paid for.
Late payments may incur interest in line with UK regulations.
4. OZEV Grant (Approval Pending)
We are operating with OZEV installer approval pending.
If you are eligible for a government grant:
We will assist with your application.
Grant approval is subject to official OZEV criteria.
Approval is not guaranteed.
If your grant is declined, you are responsible for the full installation cost.
You must provide accurate eligibility information. We cannot be held responsible for rejected or delayed grant applications outside our control.

We’ll always keep you informed.

BS 7671 Wiring Regulations
Part P Building Regulations
Current EV charging standards
After installation, you’ll receive:
